Hello, I have requested that the user post here within 24 hours and have placed him into the 'Trade With Caution' usergroup until this dispute has been resolved. I would like his explanation as to why there was a Bot busting offense when it was initially to be done by hand. Thank you.

That limit is to prevent users from spamming outside of the spam section and it's applied everywhere throughout the forum. It's not that much of a burden if you actually read the topic(s) and other posts before commenting.

Regardless if it wasn't affiliated with OSBot, a scam is still a scam and you will be punished if deemed accountable. There's no way you spent 6m RS3 gold for 56-58 range. The supplies doesn't cost that much. Why did you delete @RoomScape after he confronted you about the scam?
