There aren't any free Fletcher's that work due to the fact the scripters do not update them. The ONLY Fletching scripts available to people atm are Premium ones.

Mikasa is correct, although most scripters are not going to bother making a custom random handler for this as the xp you lose from the lamp you gain back from the script instantaneously thus making it a long process for little to no gain... Sorry to be the breaker of bad news
