is that some kind of premium version of the regular runelite client or a whole different client?

So i saw a youtube video about some kind of 3rd party client like osbuddy and runelite but then the client is specialized in PKing. So it has some kind of autohotkey build in that automatically switches to ur spec weapon etc and specs for you. Does anyone know where to find this or how to make something like this?
