Hello, I'm kind of stressed right now so i'm keeping it short.. Saranovic did a fire cape for mine and my mates pure. My mates pure didnt have a bankpin so he ripped his bank for 3-5m. The above is not our priority atm. My rs account + the gmail which was linked to the account both got hacked. If anyone can help me get the account back and my account still has 1 defence i will give this person 10m. If my bank is not ripped and the items are still on it i will give 20m to whoever can help me get my account back. I have the first payment details, password details etc etc. Just don't know how the fuck it works. Doing 100 push-ups a day will probably, especially increase your overall body control and core strength. I've heard from 2 body builders that doing like 15-20 squats a day will release some kind of substance(?) in your body which will increase the burn of calories. I dont know if this is true, but i do it anyway since it cant do any harm and is no effort at all. If you're at the point in which you are not losing any fat even after cutting out bread in your diet you could take Clenbuterol and Proviron 2. That's what i personally used when i reached that point. Wasn't losing any fat for about 2-3 weeks. When i started using it i lost 3 kg's in one week. The proviron makes you pee insanely much, basically squeezes out all the moistures(?) in your body.. under-arms and your bottom belly etc is mostly body fluids, moistures(?). Proviron will tighten this up, i guess. Clenbuterol will increase your body temperature by approx. 1 degree. If you combine this with a diet that contains as less carbohydrates as possible you will pretty much start burning fat trough-out the whole day. The above is just my experience, im not saying that you should take it. It's ment for horses with breathing problems so the risks are on your own. My English is far from perfect, bear with me. lol.

Hello everyone, Since i heard about Dbuffed getting banned, i'd like to inform you guys about the risk of sending a picture of your ID. Basically what this is about; I've done some paypal trades before and sometimes people ask me to show a picture of my ID. I always refused to send my whole ID because of the risk of that. The following information is from the 15 months internship which i had to do at a Bank in Holland. Basically, whenever you send a picture of your ID to someone, they are able to open up subscriptions on your name. This can get you in HUGE trouble for the rest of your whole life. In this case: if Dbuffed is actually such a bad person he could easily start all kinds of subscriptions with peoples ID aslong as they're 18. Please guys, all they need is the part of the ID where your name is displayed. In addition to that; send them the last 4 digits of your Bank account card. The reason why i am making this post is because Dbuffed asked me for this ID verifcation too and i told him that i can send him pictures of parts of my id, drivers license + bank acc card which will verify it. After that i had the following convo with him in which he said that he has done multiple trades etc and he's trustworthy. And i pointed out to him that the right ammount of money could change anyone in this dirty world. Further more; The above information is just to inform you guys with the knowledge i have. This is not ment to go into discussion with anyone or put sellers who use this kind of ID verification in a bad situation. I'm just shocked, that a trial moderator which is married and has a child does this stuff. EDIT; For some reason people think this is ment towards Dbuffed.. ITS NOT ITS MENT TOWARDS YOU !! THE READER ! Dbuffed never scammed me, i actually enjoyed doing trades with him. This just got me think of the risks of sending your ID to anyone
