I saw one guy running it for 140 hours or so, it should work well, if you like I can send you my personal settings I use for my vyre goldfarmers? Also can you tell me where it died? Maybe I can investigate and find out.

Atm it's possible to hop if there is no available ore in any of the rocks you're mining, I can add a method to hop if a player stands in your tile though, good idea Will be added in next version asap.
