Its no clash/bluestacks problem. It just happend by using mirror mode, it happened a while back while watching netflix

I was running a bot for clash of clans using Bluestacks (happened after like 2hours, sometimes 20mins sometimes 1 day) it was never hot in the room.

Can someone tell me what it means if my computer freezes in a Blue/grey screen with NO ERROR code, just the blue/grey screen which forces me to restart my computer manuel ? When it happens: using bluestacks for a longer time (sometimes happens after 20mins sometimes after 20hours) starting a script on mirror mode (just happened) my computer: I7 4790k 16 gb ram Radeon 200 series (270x) Windows 10 home All updates done Graphic card updates done Thhank you for any help

I am looking for a new notebook for my girlfriend (amazone cyber monday week sales) She uses it the main time for internet surfing (netflix and so on), for word, excel and powerpoint I want it to be very fast for this kind of use, so my question is, would you rather go with an I3 and SSD and 4gb ram or an I5 with HHD and 8gb ram.
