I've seen you get plenty of praise, I don't know where that's coming from. & more admirable I'm sure nobody forced you. Almost like it's volunteer work. Getting pip is different than gaining extra profit. You can work that out around. I gave you my support but if you feel like taking money is that big of a deal to get everyone incentive instead of letting go and hiring more reliable hands, that's your thing go ahead, I didn't say the idea of you getting paid was bad, I just didn't understand it. There's no reason for the whole team you've composed to keep quoting me and posting about your money concern.

I support this in the way it helps the community, but taking profit for something a group of 3 people Vs 13 for a 'perfect' client & basically saying they're doing a horrible job is unfair.
