As you're probably aware, the OSBot marketplace is out of bounds for those with sub-100 posts. This leads to us seeing the spam section often swamped with new users, desperate for their post-count so they can potentially scam us quicker. My suggested solution, a rather obvious one, is to restrict users from the spam/off-topic section until they've already hit 100 post count. This entails that their first 100 posts must be legitimate and relevant to the community and will help to build a safer, more trustworthy website.
