I never do cardio cus I don't need it. Can run 2 miles in 15 mins and that's good enough for me. Running builds on your legs. Not like doing squats or leg press, but it builds on calves and hams. I bulked up from 165-190 lbs (6'1''), 135-235 bench, 12-19 inch arms in 2 months... Later I found that I had a hernia o.O My point, its about your motivation/determination but also your availability. If you can't hit the gym you might as well not. If you aren't motivated then you might as well not go anyways. That is easily achievable. But OP has a decent routine if he is trying to cover an all body per day -.- U obviously don't know sht.     New accs have a low chance of making it without getting banned. If you've been on the road for weeks then your chances of getting banned are real low.

  18. lol no, there's always a chance of you getting banned. And if anything, botting an account from more than 1 IP is probably going to do more harm than good.
  19. Then about 10 IPs that I've used were flagged including non-gaming VPS' and paid VPNs. GG. Gonna sell the remaining 800m that I've left on rs3 instead of buying bonds
  20. Or I put more effort into uploading youtube vids. Make 15-25$/day from that. Should've stopped botting RS when I got my first bans like 2 months ago, no bots have lasted for more than 3 days after that. -200$ from botting. At least I tried tho.
