Yup, just checked my temp and it's 37.4 so I will most likely lift tomorrow.
Felt a bit weak yesterday but decided to go to the gym anyways just to find out that my joints felt a bit achy so I decided to just go easy and when I came home, I checked my temperature and it was 38.2C. GGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG no lifting today and maybe not tomorrow.
