I smell steroids. nice routine, I am getting back to the gym after being stuck doing nothing for half a year because of my shoulder being ruined in a fight xD Pff LOL. Steroids. I bulked up from 165-190 lbs (6'1''), 135-235 bench, 12-19 inch arms in 2 months... Later I found that I had a hernia o.O My point, its about your motivation/determination but also your availability. If you can't hit the gym you might as well not. If you aren't motivated then you might as well not go anyways. That is easily achievable. But OP has a decent routine if he is trying to cover an all body per day -.- U obviously don't know sht. Nice lies too, better if you just leave 19 inch arms pfft I don't know if you are serious or not? Unless you think measuring arms is done from shoulder to elbow?
