  1. Tagging is basically, signature/tag making. The more heavily directed graphics community use the term, over 'sig-making'.

  4. IMO, I rarely use B&E, b/c I feel like it doesn't have much use for the styles I use, and when I see most people use it (on text mainly), it just looks horrid honestly. Not to say that yours are, but in some cases it does make text look 'weird', and hard to read. So with the designs you've made, and will be making. Text is obviously a big part of the design, this is why the text needs to be easily readable without interference in it (or around). On your first design, it has a nice design overall, but it doesn't make sense on why the title/header has B&E, while the 'body' text doesn't. It'd be best to just not use B&E as it doesn't 'fit' with the rest of the design. On the last one, the background doesn't need B&E at all. The sub-text, being the text under the 'titles' of each box, the font doesn't 'match' the 'theme/design' of the image. Nor does it need the B&E. Nonetheless, not a bad concept for a design. Like I said above, I don't mess around with B&E too much, but take these for example (also found here): These are really nicely done B&E (plus other) effects done on the text.

    >took ribbons from released packs >claims as his own >nice You do realize that they are tons of free ribbon packs on the web? I don't care about that. There was no need to claim he made them when he clearly didn't.

Top Right (congrats on selecting a ribbon, fixing it, and reflecting it the opposite way: Other Elements (Pieces from different ribbons found in One with 3 rows, slightly edited): Rest: Probably some uncopyrighted PS ribbon pack, where you've just copied the ribbons and claimed as your own. Now, it's obviously not hard to make ribbons in PS (as there are vast tutorials), but I really don't think you made any (or much of these).
