Calling the Visa Support was a waste of time saying it was declined... That it was my problem of has happened. But I have not tried putting up a dispute on Paypal yet, I feel like I will lose the case since well couple of months ago I did not win the case. Even the owner himself can gave me 40-50% of OSRS GP would be alright, if not then I guess I have bad luck.

I can;t seem to cancel the payment on paypal but to make a dispute on their website, i had been scammed else where but i never won the case. I really hope one of the mods can lend me a hand. Tyoui also said to call visa giftcard support to revert a payment but how do i explain
