if this is true then jagex have & are logging hundreds of thousands of ip addresses and are 'monitoring' them? c'mon think of it realistically (pardon the pun ) the only thing regarding IPs is that if you bot more than 2 on 1 ip you can get chainbanned, they do not flag ips like this though lmao e: i bot on the same proxies, if they get banned i replace the account nothing else, and they last for weeks, i've tested this vigorously.

i've never recovered an account before, nor had one recovered from me so just had a question for anyone who may know; if i buy an account from someone, get the e-mail changed to my own one, and change the password & they recover it what would the process for me be? would they immediately be able to access the account again? will i get an e-mail sent to the registered e-mail and have time to x-fer etc? thanks
