I believe i caught an off-site scammer who was trying to build feedback to scam here. Disputed member; http://osbot.org/forum/user/217780-bookbagging/ off-site scam link ; background ; i middlemanned a trade for 2 users, one being bookbagging, i had no idea he was a previous scammer (i checked his skype it had no matches) at the end i trade him, and i find out his mule is the same mule that was involved in a trade on another forums about a month ago, odd? his irl name is the same as the one on his *new* Skype 'Mike' *Evidence hidden*

could do with another active mod imo, dispute & acc sale threads can take ages to be approved sometimes (not just past weekend but recently in general)

it's very simple really, if you'd adhered to the T.O.S there'd have been negligence on his behalf and he'd have had to refund you in some way, so in essence you broke your own buyer protection :P

imo any refund at all would be instantly voided due to you breaking T.O.S but idrk but let's say buyer protection was applied here, who do you think would've been liable to refund you?
