Their tos doesn't go above the real world laws and such in alot of cases paypal gives refunds for a ban. Especially most importantly becouse jagex and major companies rarely even fucking answer to paypal so they lose the case quite alot.

Yes it is in the right slot and works perfectly on any other setting beside High Performance. I haven't been able to test it yet. Would hate to drop 50 bucks and have it not be the problem /: Not exactly sure but it could be the cpu overheating becouse of the gpu inside. I don't think it's the psu as if there was a problem it would probably not start at all I am not sure but I don't see how all of your components could go beyond the 450watt the psu should be able to handle trust me I run stronger gpu/cpu on a system with a 450watt psu.

You got 1 ram stick stick it in the first colored slot right from the CPU. Before looking at any other post do this as RAM is nearly always the cause of computer problems and checking a psu etc isn't gonna be easy.
