my computer always has FPS:100 at login screen is that bad? it drops to 40-50 when playing.

thanks! can you make the strange plant random only try and pick plants 2 spots from character instead of anywhere on a fishing dock because 2-3 plants pop up sometimes having trails of people running to each plant far from what were doing.
