  1. Bit late lol but are you just risking your home IP then? Or rent a VPS? I wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing my home ip would be flagged and my main gone lel. Anyway, since this last post in March I've found a provider for socks5 residential proxies. Not cheap but never had lag and no bans after all these months =] Starting to think there is something to this =] Now if I could just use Mirror mode with Runelite and proxies id be a happy man.

    MirrorClient v6.0

Hi MGI, Thanks so much for a mirror mode within OSBot for Runelite! You have waaay more knowledgeable than me so I must be missing something here. Why are you saying "it is certainly not recommended to bot using RuneLite, because it is a third party client that could potentially compromise part of protections that mirror provides"? I've botted many successful accounts over de years using almost all the well known clients and have a third party "mirror mode" was always a much celebrating feature, even came at a premium for all of the clients. One of the main reasons that I know of and have experienced is that is reduces ban rates because no one these days, and even years back, played on the vanilla client because of the many features it offers. There are so many activities, minigames etc. that are way faster and easier for a legit player to complete if they play on Runelite instead of the vanilla client. Would that make it a lot more suspicious to play those kind of activities on the vanilla client? Or is there a technical expect I do not understand? Also, not to rant. But being able to use proxies while mirroring runelite and others was implemented in other clients years ago. Why is it not on Osbot? Cheers, IDKFA
  3. This might be the best comment on a botting forum ever lololo. Or such a goldfarmer has never had to manually complete it lel.
  4. I know this is an old post but I traded about 80m from a botting account that was doing well for months. Jagex banned the mule within hours before I could transfer and the botting account went on strong for months more. My guess its just crazy unfortunate. The mule had med lvl stats in almost all skills, wasn't botted on and still lost it. I don't think Jagex's anti ban is recognizing amazingly complex patterns or such, can give you multiple examples, IMO its 90% due to players reporting you. PS. the botting community with amazing clients like this one and the improvements of scripts has of course been a huge success =]. But if you want my opinion, ALWAYS keep you home ip clean so not to compromise your main and alt. Use a residential socks5 proxy also so you don't get instant flagged by a compromised or datacenter IP. Its only about $7 for a residential proxies that runes about 3/4 accounts. Now I need to stop before I start writing a guide lol. May the RGN be ever in your favor. Cheers, IDKFA

    Exco Puro Puro

Are you planning on implementing this? Its exactly what I need the script for
  6. He Pal, Well I was just naming a few bots I used in the past and they got deleted by a mod because its considered advertising. I didn't even know the bot they crossed out still existed lol. Anyway, OSbot has very nice features, scripts, anti-ban and a community to name a few so you should be good here. Setting up my first firm using this bot as we speak haha. Good luck to you.
  7. I really needed this explanation lolo. Thank you kindly sir. I can now scrape that last bit of self respect out of the dumpster and cherish it for a while instead of feeling like an absolute noob who cant install a client lololo. Have a good evening.
  8. He Guys, After years of botting with clients such as p****bot, Advertising other bots isn't allowed. and many more, I cant figuere out how to get OSbot to run. I followed the steps as outlined here: LINK TO MAXI TUTORIAL ON SETUP But feel like an absolute noob not being able to figure it out. I've added two screenshots. The first is trying to start OSbot using the stealth button, the second trying to make it mirror with the vanilla client of OSRS. Runelite did also not work to mirror sadly. As far as I know I have all the required Java installs Like JDK8 and so on. All the other botting clients were no effort at all even without reading the tutorial lol. Im probably doing something very stupid. Any help is much appreciated. There are the two screen shots: https://ibb.co/3pbGnPR https://ibb.co/Z2XKnCt Thx in advance! =]
  9. Thanks for your feedback. Are regular proxies still safe to run a decent farm on, the accounts haven't been created on those proxies naturally. I've build similar farms in the past, years ago, and never had any problems. I want to set up a farm of about 20 accounts in the coming weeks and I'm looking for tips in this regard. A lot has changed. The accounts have high requirements and are thus expensive so I'm playing the long game. Would be a shame if they all get stricken by the murciless ban hammer that haunts us all just for a couple of flagged IP addresses.
  10. Hi Guys, First post here so please excuse me if this isn't posted in the correct section, could also not find a post regarding this topic. I've been botting for many years and always used socks5 proxies to avoid chain bans and keep my home IP, and therefore my main, clean. The last few years I feel Jagex has become a bit better at detecting if a socks5 proxy is coming from a datacenter, which results in a lot of bans because naturally no legit player would have a datacenter address. Not even to speak of the many vendors that recycle IP's that have been flagged many times before. I've been away for a little while and have recently discovered "residential socks5 IP's". This sounds great since the IP address would not be flagged by jagex anymore for coming from a datacenter and would seem much more legit if the advertising is true. But there are some thing I do not understand and I have my doubts about this. After extensive googling I haven't found a single reliable vendor. The prices range from $15/month (usually on botting sites like these) to $400/month on sites I googled. So I've got a few reservations: - Are residential socks5 proxies reliable and what would be a fair price? - Is there a way to check if the proxy provided is actually a residential one instead of a datacenter proxy? - Have anyone experienced lower ban rates (especially for long term accounts)? - Does anyone know of a reliable vendor? Sorry for the long post =] Cheers, IDKFA
  11. Good day ladies and gentlemen, I'm new to OSbot so I thought I'd introduce myself to this community. I'm IDKFA and although I'm new to OSbot, I've been playing runescape since before it was considered old school. Yes I'm that old lol. I've been botting since the release of osrs using different clients. The past year I've mainly used Advertising other bots isn't allowed. but due to their unfair overpriced scripts and monthly recurring fee's I've decided to give OSbot a go. Over the years I've botted max combat on several accounts and ran modest goldfarms. I'm not a scripter but I've wanted to learn to script for years. Maybe now is the time to pick it up =] I'm helpful by nature and like to be active in the community. If you have any questions, shoot me a dm. I'm looking forward to meeting ppl from this community. Cheers, IDKFA
