Got the flue but still managed to do 2 more today Aint feeling to good tho.

Hey guys, been a long time since I posted on osbot. This time I am here because i need motivation to start training. So this will be my goal for now to get in better shape, i have 50days to finish this goal. (Don't say that i need to do other things, this is my goal, deal with it) Thankfull for all positive comments! 27.08 Was sick today but managed to do it 2 times . 20/100 Color indicator 1-30 = red color 31-60 = orange 61-100 = green 29-31.08 was sick and couldn't train. Starting again now
