Prayer flicking is random (20-44 seconds i think), absroptions are random, drinking prayer/restore pots random lol pre much everything that can be randomized has been. Drinking overloads would be wasteful to wait and it has done in the past. i was told to do it as soon as it dies out. Sorry to hear you got banned but it is as randomised as it can be i believe
