This is a very nice account, however, it might take a while to find the right buyer. I would say this would sell for anywhere between 550m-650m...but again, might take a while to find someone to buy this account. Good luck.

I feel like some buyers won't like it because of the 2 def, however, it is a really nice account so I would say maybe around 200-300m?

Damn that is a very nice account...honestly with the wealth still on it and that very good total level I'm sure you could get upwards of 700m-800m. You would have to find the right person tho and that might take some time. If you wanted a quick sell I would say around 400-500m.

With all 99's from zulrah I get about 2-3m an hour depending on the drops. If I get more rares then I obviously make more money per hour and vice versa. I usually just use void but that still seems to get the job done and it's cost effective.

There is really no guaranteed way to always be profitable staking, however, if you have a huge cash stack already >1b then I would say use the martingale technique. Start with a 1m stake and just double up every loss until u eventually win, then start again at 1m stakes. I have experienced a loss streak up to 16 before and win streaks up to 12 so this method still has a chance to get you cleaned. Good luck.

Honestly I don't think you should be buying very high level accounts from people (more than 1800 total level). They have spent a lot of time on that account and will most likely recover it back. It's best to buy accounts that a low level imo.
