  1. Any chance you could post a dummy/example script?
  2. None of these are what you are looking for ? http://www.lynda.com/Ruby-on-Rails-training-tutorials/304-0.html?author=kevin-skoglund_104
  3. Lynda.com ? ^^
  4. I'm talking about processing power, bad FPS, lagging out because of a bad internet connection, etc...
  5. It's their forums and their product. They are in charge whether you like that or not.
  6. You support them more by coming to this site and claiming their main product is better than this site's main product. Advertising another bot (directly or indirectly) isn't allowed (veteran or not), you can speak your reasons about the state of the client, but saying that you moved on to another bot because it's far superior is indirect advertising.
  7. "A" main competitor. The amount of users is much lower, but if all veterans where to say the statement above then that would probably change. What matters is what the mods / devs believe what loyalty is, your definition of the term matters as much as mine. Based on?
  8. I was referring to loyalty in terms of fidelity and 100% devotion. I'm not saying you aren't loyal (I now nothing about your activities/behavior on the other bot in question), I was just pointing out the relation between loyalty and exclusivity. But then again, if you don't support the main product of this site but choose to use a main competitor's one instead, then having a rank that says "I have a long experience with this community and therefore indirectly with it's main product" doesn't seem very appropriate.
  9. 1. His contributions to this site have a certain value. 2. If he makes the same contributions on a different site then the contributions made to this site in the first place loose value because they aren't exclusive anymore. Conclusion: By not being an exclusive member he reduces the value of his contributions. You can't be 100% loyal to two competing parties because by not choosing one specific side you choose to reduce the value of your contributions / dedication to both parties.
  10. Some of them are a bit too much. I like the "|" to separate words for readability though. I'm not voting because I don't want all of them removed.
  11. That wasn't my opinion per se btw. But it might be the opinion/reasoning of the person who removed your rank ^^ You can't ignore the relation between loyalty and exclusivity though, but I'm in no way saying that you aren't a dedicated member
  12. It hurts OSBot in a rather obvious way. If a scripter X writes a script Y exclusive to a client Z: If a random person R wants to buy Y, R has to go to Z. Z gets 100% of the sales of Y. If scripter X writes a script Y for client Z, A & B: If a random person R wants to buy Y, R can go to Z, A or B. Z doesn't get 100% of the sales of Y.
  13. That wasnn't my opinion per se. But it might be the opinion/reasoning of the person who removed his rank ^^
  14. Veterans should be loyal to their botting site. Loyal means exclusive membership. Booch isn't an exclusive member therefore Booch isn't loyal therefore Booch shouldn't be a veteran. Can't think of any other explication ^^
  15. Leave a comment on this thread. Leave a comment on the script's thread (see link above). Like the script's thread (not required but much appreciated) (see link above). Maximum one 24h trial per user.
  16. Scripts don't work the same for everyone since not everyone runs it on the same computer / internet. It's impossible to account for all the different possible setups, but any script should at least be able to run on an average system with an average internet connection. What you can't expect script writers to do is reducing the quality of their code (quality, even for the most efficient programmers, comes at a price and that price is processing power) in order for it to work on a potato.
  17. Welcome

  20. Are these being bot busted or getting automatically detected?
