  1. @ mojito, no Microsoft is one of the most valuable businesses of the the whole entire world. Bill Gates can afford a different strategy than ours because of the value of his company. If I had made 78 billion dollars from my scripts I wouldn't be complaining about the market either.
  2. Your job as a botter is to buy scripts and run them, that could easily be done in 10 mouse clicks per day. My job as a scripter is to write hundreds, sometimes thousands, lines of codes, market my product and provide customer support, all on a daily basis. I'm hungry for some fucking cents because I actually work for those fucking cents. Stop acting like a shrimp and treating me as if I were a shark.

After that statement you requested to be payed in bonds. Not dollars. Not gp. Bonds. A payout every 10 days would have been impossible because I can't split a bond in 3 and give you a third every ten days. Because of this impossibility the deal was extended to a month. You were ok with getting 1 bond per month, this for me confirmed the modification of the initial deal, which was more of a proposition actually. You clearly told me I wouldn't be getting my money, yes you were in a bad mood but I still decided to play safe and open a dispute. You have a debt, me being flexible concerning the due date does not change the initial terms of our arrangement. I showed sympathy towards your situation because I'm not a loan shark. I should have given you a second deadline instead of telling you to take your time but I assumed 700K wouldn't take more than a week to gather, I guess I was wrong. I could have opened a disputed 2 months ago, you should be thankful I didn't instead of trying to use me "being nice" against me. Edit: I'm going to bed, I have an exam tomorrow, Peace
  4. Please add me on Skype: Botrepreneur. Make sure you mention why you add me (Ad), so I can add you to the proper list I'll add you tomorrow as I'm studying atm. Looking forward to hear from you!

We had an agreement of 0.60$ for 10 days. You then wanted a bond instead, we therefore had to change the number of days to 30, because paying you out 1/3 of a bond every 10 days would have been impossible. I don't wish to do any more long term business deals with you so thanks but no thanks for the advertising offer. I lent you 4.5M as a kind gesture 2 months ago. Apparently I'll have to wait two more months to get my money, that's 60 days instead of the promised 7. Man I should have put an interest percentage on that loan, I would have made some serious bank.
  6. You did it right from the first time that's why ;)

I don't owe you anything as you did not respect my TOS. Even if you had respected the terms of our monthly deal then I'd still owe you nothing, YOUR debt would just have been smaller. I gave you one week to pay me back initially, two months later and I still don't have all my money back, and now you are requesting for me to be put in TWC? You got to be kidding me.

After checking my database: The user did serve a 10 day period, sorry for the confusion. This was the initial deal. However, we changed the agreement to a monthly one as he requested to be payed with a bond instead of $. The service was started on the 17th of may and canceled the 30th. 13 days isn't a month and he did therefore not respect the final deal. You asked me for a bond like 3 days after the service started, you would have been eligible for payout after ~30 days. That was me saying "sorry you aren't quite" there yet. Do you seriously think I am trying to scam you for 50K?
  9. Botre replied to Botre's topic in Archive
You didn't respect the duration of your term and therefore did not respect the TOS of that service and are not eligible for a payout. We agreed on 10 days, I think you only had the ad in your signature for like 3 days. I'm sorry, that service and this issue are in no way related, and even if they were then the accumulated payout would only have reduced your debt by something like 0.30$ which is like 100K. Just a precaution man, no hard feelings. I gave you a week to pay me back, we're two months later, sorry if i'm second-guessing your trustworthiness. I told you you could pay me back whenever you could. You then told me you weren't going to pay me back, that's what this thread is about, it's not about you not paying at tame (which you didn't, you are like 2 months late).

  11. Edit: updated answer below
  12. I have yet to hear a true argument from your side. All you do is attack me personally, just leave this discussion if you have nothing truly interesting to say on its topic.
  13. Not my solution. Not a shit situation, the pricing would be reasonable, you'll still be able to make profit (in terms of value not in terms of irl $ per se inb4ButIDontGoldfarm)
  14. It is misleading and ambiguous, that's why they are removing the concept from the store. Because to rectify the mistakes they have to change the entire system. I wouldn't mind a partial refund (store credit, maybe 50%) for any script that was bought less than 60 days ago. A 100% refund without conditions doesn't seem fair though considering most of you guys have already made your financial investment back (irl money, game money, game experience, etc..). It's not up to me to promise such things though, just an idea.

Updated the OP. He added me because I needed to borrow an account for my script (I payed him for that). A couple of days later he asked me for a loan.
  16. Again, the concept of lifetime in this setting is too vague. You weren't really promised anything. It's called learning from ones mistakes. The market has changed significantly since the release of the bot. If you are not happy about that statement feel free to learn to script yourself so you don't depend on us. http://osbot.org/tos.html They absolutely do have the right to do that. Stop inventing rights for yourself, most of them are directly in conflict with the TOS you agreed when purchasing your script(s). Would you rather see the developers leave? Logical impossibility spotted. Exactly the same script >< different API.

Disputed member: http://osbot.org/forum/user/79531-die-ligomo/ Thread Link: none Explanation: Lent him money (for free) to buy membership (was around 4.5M) , payed me back 3.8M, won't pay back the 0.7M that's left. I know 700K isn't a big deal, it's more about the guy not respecting his word in a market-esque setting and therefore not being trustworthy. Evidence: Skype profile Link between OSBot and Skype profile Proof that it wasn't a paid loan Proof that the transaction took place Feedback from both the pin I bought for him and the thank you he left for the loan. Proof that he refuses to pay back the rest
  18. I never said money, I said value. You pay for value, not for IRL cash per se. The market is exhausted, I have already explained this countless times. The only good solution I can think of is the depreciation of all one-time fees. Because WE are the providers. If WE are unhappy and decide to stop making scripts because the market is shit then YOU can't bot. So you either make us happy again or stop botting, that's it.
  19. Experience / minigame rewards / quests. They all have value (hence why you are willing to pay scripts for them). You got tons of value in return for your money. Therefore you, in the same way as the gold farmer, have made your investement(s) back. Because everything isn't working fine for us in the current system.
  20. The reason they are changing the system is because it isn't profitable enough anymore. No financial incentives = significant shrinkage of the number of scripts. In order to make selling scripts more profitable they have to change the system, in this change your monthly profits will be insignificantly reduced. Instead of making 150$/month the consumer will be making 145$/month. In return for that extra expense he gets a kind of guarantee of maintenance and directly contributes to the building of a larger and better (quality-wise) script base.
  21. 99% of the people who bought scripts have made their investment back and on top of that made a significant profit of their scripts (both from gp and/or experience, yes experience has value believe it or not).
  22. Botre replied to botman911's topic in Archive
http://osbot.org/tos.html The script writer in question was banned and therefore OSBot couldn't guarantee maintenance of the product anymore, they recently removed all scripts whose writers were either banned or highly inactive.
