He has been unbanned and claims to have been hacked, I've talked with Marine over skype and he was indeed scammed through further evidence. @Declan Services will have to pay back what was stolen during the period of his hacking and he has 48 hours to do so, failure to do so will result in suspension until refundation. Please post here when he has done so or if he refuses. Thanks.

This is $1.50 we are talking about, and since your customer is unhappy with his purchase and you have no T.O.S stating no refunds will be given if the customer is unsatisfied you will have to refund him back the two payments, please do so quickly and post back when complete.
