Your control panel shouldn't be the problem I believe, try updating your java and make sure to close all your other programs whilst running the client. Also, try running the 'Low CPU' option within the client. Tell me if that helps at all. :lol:

To cancel your subscription go into your client area found here - Click the VIP product and then you will see 'Cancel Invoice' which will then in turn - cancel your subscription from reoccurring. As far as refunding goes you will have to send @Maldesto or @Jordan a private message and they will assist you with that as soon as possible. Hope that helps, take care!

Try running the 'Low CPU' option and see if that helps at all. This should all be fixed with OSBot 2 according to the developers.
