You can start increasing them as time goes on aswell, like instead of doing 25-30 start doing 35-40 maybe two time an hours etc. Also doing crunches/bicycles for an ab workout may be beneficial for you at work, maybe 60 every hour? Do you get any type of error or message once it stops downloading? I believe it could just be a simple anti-virus problem, which in that cause you can either disable it or add an exception like the user above has stated. More information and clarification on the problem would help significantly.
