I personally don't trust people who are sponsor/VIP more than a usual user. Then again i don't really trust people who have alot of feedback. I judge people myself, basing it on their interactions with the forum and with myself you can kind of work out who is trust worthy and who isn't. Some people need to apply a bit of logic and not do massive trades for 10m+ all at once unless you have money to burn.

Look who spends the most time on the chat and who is trusted. Give the minor power to MUTE for 1 Minute and that person can only be muted 1min every 5mins so it can't be abused to a high level.

You'd first have to get 50 feedbacks to even pay the $200 to get Trusted. Thats trading with 50 individual people at the current moment so its not really buying as so much as benefiting more when you have higher feedback. Then 1) Don't buy in mass bulk like that 2) If users aren't trusted don't go anywhere near the market place then. My guess is they'll be 2-3 trusted users within a month as $200 isn't cheap, just buy $50 worth off each of them, its most likely as they control the market they would try to work together on controlling the price to become a monopoly on this website.

Personally i think the more feedback you have the lower the trusted payment should be ie. 50 feedback = 200$ 100 = $125 Trusted in the future may be able to be earnt but with this insurance scamming is likely to drop. Also people who do this are more likely to gain a monopoly and thus it would benefit them aswell. It may crush the smaller people but if they go cheaper then they can build up feedback themselves anyway

I agree, could make a monopoly in favour of those who pay. But then this is pretty good protection against scammers. Mean Lupekid got banned and he had alot of feedback. If he had given $200 i doubt he would attempt it. Also i personally find sponsors more trustworthy then anyone with vouches purely for the fact that they have paid $60, a fair about of money which i doubt they would scam a couple of mil just to be banned.

I've put no thought into this idea BUT A avid market place user pays OSBot a fee, ie $200 which they then keep. This gives them the trusted rank in the marketplace, if they were to scam, the person who has been scammed would then get their money back from that fund and then OSBot would keep the rest. After 6-12months the person would seem to be trusted enough and so i would say they would get their $200 or this could change. Just an idea, don't go mad.

Rather demolish people who are shit at CoD on ps3 then have to go lobby to lobby full of 12 year olds :P PS3 has a more mature audience than the Xbox, which is why we get great exclusives such as Uncharted and The Last Of Us.

I disagree in someways. Maybe for bulk buys people will go to you as you have more feedback. But when a smaller feedback person is selling smaller amounts ie.1-2mil at a time to a person at a cheaper price i would think the majoirty would go and save some money. I understand you are butthurt, i would be too after losing alot of feedback, if it really meant alot to you though you would get back up and start selling some more like Ocazn, just lower your price some more and feedback farm. Problem solved, just never trade the same person twice so they buy bulk

Haha he mad. But seriously feedback means nothing, if you are active on the forum yourself you work out who is and isn't trust worthy. You read into threads like the one above and then realise you'll most likely get scammed as he was mad. So he made $60 in short run scam. If he didn't do that in long run he may have got that trusted symbol and made alot more than $60 but people make mistakes.

How do you get more people into the IRC? Can't force them, especially as most just go there for support anyway as the one post wonders they are. Teamspeak would be decent though for the active members but i don't really wanna hear a 12 year old squeaking "HALP MEH WITH BOT NAAAOW!"...

Everyone deserves a second chance. But even if you start over people are going to still carry their impression of you as first impressions count and to me you weren't exactly a friendly guy.

Microsoft did a U-turn on their policy and now the playingfield is back to normal. Still personally will go PS4 as this Uturn will be a patch to be installed which can easily be cancelled. Trust with microsoft is very small still.

Think about it this way. Near half of the 25k who play RS are botting away. If you put that in perspective 07 would be dead without botting communities like us!

You say Xbox 1 yet give no argument, I'm thinking that is because you're trolling and the fact is there is no argument as PS4 has obviously blown away the crowd whereas microsoft made their crowd hate them.

I planned to start a console war, an unwinnable war that would result in a stalemate between Sony fanboys(Like I) and Xbox fankids. However Sony have come out flying and everyone knows it. GF Microsoft. They absolutely dealt the finishing blow to microsoft in the form of supporting re-selling games and no always online connection. Then to bring up the price, in England its an astonishing £80 difference which is about the equivilent to 2 games(£40ea). I mean yeah Song has made Playstation+ compulsory for online gameplay but microsoft have being doing this for years so i don't mind paying this extra fee for what is going to be a great. Other peoples opinions?
