I think everybody should be allowed to do it, but the idea of the community being able to do this would give the mods the same dilemma as when we asked to change the title of our threads. A few specific moderators complained that it was taking out the power of being a mod, and that it was really easy to just click report on your own thread and ask for a title change.

Most of you are stating that Dashboard is afraid of a little competition. Sure, that COULD be a reason for him posting this, but it probably wasn't the only reason, or it may not have crossed his mind at all. However, as previously stated by Dashboard, he's saying that GoldenGates is ripping off Dashboard's code almost exactly, line by line. I'm sure Dashboard would have NO problem with Golden making a script similar to his starting from scratch and not using Dash's script as an example, and copying his work. As said before, there could have been hundreds of possibility for Golden to have gone with his script, but he went directly with the same exact method Dashboard went, and uses some variables the same way which could have been replaced with others instead. Everyone's posts here is actually angering me for some apparent reason. I leave OSBot for a few weeks, come back, nobody actually read Dashboard's posts, and are instantly claiming that he's only filing these disputes against Golden as a reason to keep his profits up. rip old osbot edit: i have no knowledge of scripting, so I'm going off of what Dash said. I didn't actually look at the code itself because I'd have no idea what it means.

If they have 4 months of online time, they deserve veteran. Lol yeah But your saying the person needs to be 24 hour online all the time? Makes no sense. + 4 months of verteran is 2904 hours Id like to see anyone get that. There are some people with 40+ days online which is almost 1000 hours.........also the time online was implemented in june/july from what i remember Raflesia saying. Yes. The time online wasn't always on OSBot. I remember when it was first implemented. It shouldn't affect anything though.

It's a glitch with either the client with ATMercher or ATMercher itself. It happens to everybody I think for some reason. Sometimes, some of my accounts aren't actually typing. You'll have to restart your client and restart the script for your character to start typing again.

Currently, Veteran is specifically for if you joined on, or before, April 10, and you've been active on the forums since then. I think that Veteran should take into account your time online with the date you've joined. For Example Let's say a member joined on April 18th. 8 days after he could have gotten veteran! If his "Time Online" shows that he's been online for 8 days, then he should get veteran. Sort of like, subtracting the time online by the join date + april 10th. #support

I feel like this is a bit biased + very one sided. Maybe this post is attempting to show Raflesia a little more bias into who should be a moderator. I see a specific person who has been on these posts since the "version 1" ;)
