  1. Because there are about 10million os accounts, do you think it's that easy to go through all of those accounts to determine if there botting? They leave it up to botwatch and other players to report and get players banned, as for botwatch it probably can detect your client, its java, not hard to make a line a code to return weither there using a real client or a fake one... Jagex has professional java scripters, im sure they can figure things out The bot client has professional java scripters coding, I think they can find ways around it jagex requires a college degree laz is in high school, and maybe some others Im sure jagex are better scripters, hell they made runescape. But you are right... When it comes to botting we are bad ass! You do know a college degree means almost nothing right? All it means is you can pass a class. I'm not saying everyone that graduates college knows nothing, because that's just a completely untrue statement, but all college is is a resource to learn. My dad's a software consultant that makes an incredible amount of money a year and is hired over nearly every person that puts in a resume, and he has no college degree. Same thing to applies to my neighbor. Plus RuneScape isn't even coded in Java anymore. They built the game on Java yes, but all the new updates and things coded in are built using a language they designed called RuneCore. They specifically designed this so their employees wouldn't be required to know the Java language :P

  3. Your IP is flagged, and they thought it likely that the account you were logging onto will be botted on in the future so they banned it to scare you. They always say stuff like this. I've seen countless emails back last year saying they were banned and they detected the account was using the p****bot client, but yet they used a different bot. It's their scare tactic.
  4. It's not safe to bot anywhere. But yeah you should be fine.
  5. Err nothing I guess. Will continue as normal just it won't be BETA :P

  17. I shouldn't have to fight my own product. And he shouldn't be able to profit off of my work by claiming it as his own. Both valid points. If he did copy that's a huge D move, but hey your the one who wrote it so you know the inner workings right? My dads friends with a guy who started a company helping people on healthcare sue the government (or some shit like that) for money they deserved, and eventually it got huge. He then sold the company and created another to combat the company he just sold, and it took off because he knew exactly how the other company went out the lawsuits as he was the one who built it. He then sold that to and owns like 5 mansions. What I'm saying is if your the one who built it use that to your advantage. You know the flaws and areas it lacks in, create a script that does better in those areas so people are forced into buying your product over his.
  18. Looks like you got some competition bud ;)
  19. I've never heard of someone getting their items taken.
  20. My fisher has all the answers ;)
  21. I was in your exact position last year. I got lucky because I realized it this summer that I had to step it up, and decided to read a book my dad had on Java programming and realized that I loved learning to make the computer do things just by typing in commands. My grades instantly shot up as I had a passion for something, and am now a straight A student. You just gotta let it come to you. I know that's not encouraging, but try new things out! Go online and look up different types of jobs and learn about them. Maybe even start learning Java and create a script? You'll find your way, it just takes time.
  22. Not to many because its not only hard to code, but also only one account can do it and there's no retesting unless you make another account. That's why as soon as a quest script comes out it usually breaks with the next update.
  23. YES an update, sounds awesome thanks so much! Now go look in the SDN Scripters section there's lots of stuff that needs attending to ;)
  24. It's October 28th. I think your a wee bit late
