  1. I think some of them would drive me insane. Also, moved.

It doesn't matter if you take a 30 minute break every puzzle besides the fact that you'll be making so little profit you're wasting your time. The ban comes from the un-real speeds that the character solves the puzzle in. It's clear how quickly one of the best sudoku players could solve the puzzles, and the bot probably does it 4-5 times faster. On top of that, once you're flagged for the rapid puzzle-solving, they'll just check the same information they check when banning other bots that are reported. An enormous ban plead is the least to describe the method.
  3. This is a project thread and is extremely different from your (thread's) clear advertising intentions.

  5. They do this to deter scammers. otherwise they could just create an account then post, scam, get banned and make another account. I know that. Posting on a thread to ask a question/vouch isn't related to scamming though. People still add/PM you regardless. I understand not posting a thread, this means scammers can't post scamming threads for a lil while longer but the whole no post on thread doesn't stop anyone. We're only seeing not many very new people scamming people who have feedback thanks to MM's/them going first. All in all, I believe we should keep the limit for posting threads, I don't believe we should keep it for commenting on them though. @raze, spamming is posting for post count lul. If we allow them to post it just re-creates the problem. The whole point of the limitation is so they can't conduct things in the market. Allowing them to comment on threads would allow them to transact.
  6. GunZ. Wonder if I can still K-style.. that was at least 6 years ago. LOL. Very nice looking layout

My intention of claiming we want to be our own market was because I'm not exactly sure how PlayerAuctions works and I don't want to introduce something unfamiliar into our singularized commnity. I've looked into it a little more and it seems decently secure. I'm not too sure if it would decrease the amount of scamming or increase it. I'll have a discussion with the other administrators and see what their stand is. Thanks for your suggestion and valid points.

FPS is capped at 51 or 52, can't remember which. You're fine.

It will currently only works correctly in pest control because of easy banking and combat random avoidance.
  10. I live in the United States. This is my date format.
  11. There is no way a hacker could steal your RS Account information. We do not store it in our servers at all. We do not send it through a connection in any way. If someone "hacked our client," they would have to first steal our unobfuscated client directly off of the developers computers, change the code, remove our security methods, then upload the link via the site. The chances of this happening are about.. 0%
  12. Community, RuneScape has updated. Luckily, we did not have to make any changes to our client to cope with the update. However, I've noticed that many NPC ids have changed. We suggest to all script writers that they use different methods of finding an npc (using names) as it appears Jagex is constantly changing ids for whatever reason. If you find a script is no longer working, this is most likely the issue. I've also been notified that certain object ids have changed. Thanks, The OSBot Staff Team

Our bot didn't hack you. Perhaps you should look into cleaning your computer because it definitely wasn't from here.

  15. "I would also ask you to consider what benefit we would gain from banning an account, unless we were 100% certain that a macro offence has been committed on the account." "He is of course more than welcome to create a new account with which to continue your RuneScape adventure." Well, Jagex, possibly.. more money?

The methods the client uses to click have built in anti-ban to seem realistic. Changing skill tabs or rotating the camera etc would not really reduce the chances of a ban. Anyway, I've used this script to 94 mage and haven't been banned.

I've identified the problem and restarted the server.
  19. If you would like to sell something on PlayerAuctions, by all means you should. We'd prefer you didn't sell something on PlayerAuctions on OSBot. We are trying to be our own market.
  20. Let me just add the other 2 admins in there... aaaand.. done! Haha just kidding.

I feel there are going to be less bans during your time of vacation.. Less bans??
  22. Get the 8350 not 8320. Your RAM clock speed is decent and will help a lot. If you want more bots, upgrade it to 1866, or if you want to dominate the world, go for 2133MHz.
  23. There is no need to worry about a hacker. It's clear that you or a script accidentally clicked the chat box which will add the person clicked. I hope this clears things up!
