I'm pretty sure anything with 2gb available RAM, a decent graphics card (if nvidia, a simple 560 or 650 1gb will do fine..), and a good GHz quad-core will run wow on ultra. The first PC you listed in the first post is over-doing it. However, I would not waste my time purchasing 16GB of 1333MHz DDR3 RAM. You will notice that your computer runs much faster on higher MHz. It is definitely worth upgrading the RAM speed.

The SDN is setup the way it is so people cannot push their own scripts. This would create vulnerability problems and that is why we verify them by hand. We are working to get a better system going already, but we will still hand verify them.

I get none of these issues (I'm on 20-30mbps internet). As our dedicated is faster the page is processing things more quickly and it could be the connection on your end that is not receiving it quick enough. I will look into it anyway.
