Yes it's possible to receive multiple 2-day bans, obviously it's in no way guaranteed.

Ask for the provider for the location of the IP used, acquire an IP in the same location and use that.

For me it's around 60/40 2-days/perms for first offence if I intend on them being durable The majority of my accounts that I intend to survive will be slapped with a 2-day first. I don't find that time is a factor HOWEVER I rarely receive 'young' bans so I'm not a good source for that.
