Click forgot account and reset your password. if banned it will say your acc has been locked and need to login on runescape(think it says you can use rs3) but basically go to runescapes site, login, if login invalid you need to recover your password cus someone changed it, if you can login go to account status and bang you can see if banned or not. If you were handtraining but botting other accounts on ip then could get chainbanned and they'll give you a ban for "macroing(major)"

Had purchased an acc fairly low $, had 45 def and an okay amount of quests, finally grinding out rfd and find out the acc is 6k def away from 46 and still hasn't done ds1 on it. Still plan on grinding out barrows gloves, but should i run a 46 def zerker or go ahead and push it to 70

rip the zerker. </3 didn't realize how close acc was to 46 def and has never completed ds1 so in order for barrows gloves i have to hit 46 def, may give it a shot or say fk it and go to 70 def, If so will probably be selling original account since it'll be further behind by a decent bit.
