Go to the posts where you have attachments you want deleted, and edit then delete attachment. Under the drop down menu next to your name there's "My Attachments".

Experiment with breaks and see what works for you. You'll lose many accounts in the process but when you know how much is enough it'll become routine.

Do you mean letting the agility script run while you leave your cursor on the alch spell and alch?
