Well, to get the maximum profit with minimal time spent training. You'd have to get 70/70/70 (for dharoking NMZ) and do the NMZ quests.

It all depends on luck tbh, we can either come in contact with aliens tomorrow or in 10,000 years. Realistically though, the technology to actually go out looking for them to be available will most likely not be in our life time (with the assumption there is another 'alien' species roaming the galaxies)
