Second one is the most professional one and I´d use it for sure.

4th looks good now. Only thing that bothers me now is the "I". Try chaning it back to regular letter and leave the "T" as it is now. Works well when its centered and gives a good focal point to the logo. Now the "I" drags your eyes attention to the right side of logo.

Lower the opacity of the city reflection a bit. I'd work with the "i" and the idea behind it further

What do you concern as "cheap" and what´s your payment method?

The idea is fine, but the execution lacks real lightsource and depth. Theres no real flow to follow nor focal point. With some adjustments this will look way better. Keep it up

Thanks. Was planning to animate it so that´s the reason for not having transparent background. it´s fit for "animated" theme that is pretty used around the communities.

This. Also the colors are washed. Only the blue works. Font could be more easier for eye to read. The icon shape is off and does not fit the concept. It also looks like DA, not AD
