  1. Rock crabs has a very high ban rate. I'd suggest doing something in the barbarian stronghold. In regards to your original question, how safe is botting after a 2 day ban, not too safe. I'd say its a bit risky, and the next ban is permanent.
  2. Addicted to doing nothing. There's no better feeling to me than doing nothing for a whole day. Don't know if this classifies as an addiction, though.
  3. Can vouch for Wowzoor, trusted and reliable MM. Love the layout picture btw!

Well of course slavery contributed to the economic growth of the country. The goods that came from the work being done (tobacco, cotton, etc.) were very influential to establishing U.S.A. as a serious worldwide trader. However, the work being done by the African-American slaves could have just as easily have been done by others, but instead, for pay. (or bonds at that time) That would mean that your average Joe (the worker) would have got a cut of the profit gained while the old white guy living in the mansion would have got a relatively small profit reduction. You could make the argument that there wouldn't be enough people to work these plantations/farms if slaves had not been captured and dragged into our country, but simple economics can dispute that. Wherever there is a vast vacancy in employment, people will naturally flock to that area. For example, say that China's economy was failing during the early 19th century. Naturally, part of the Chinese population would find a way to get to America, thus filling any vacancies within the job market. (supply & demand) Returning to the main question, I believe that slavery was one of many ways to fill the vacancies of mass farming/plantation jobs, but could have easily been filled by anything/anyone else. The way it turned out was in fact influential to the core development for the simple fact that it kick-started the economy, making us one of the largest importers/exporters during the time period. In terms of morals, it was terrible.

I think the PM system within chat (as well as the Forums) could be used as a live chat system, rather than implementing a whole new module for it. If they ask a question continuously, they should be getting help on it. If the problem is not an easy fix, or becomes cumbersome, then it should be the helper's obligation to PM the user as the not fill up the chatbox. Also, coming into the chat for help on either setting up your client or fixing a problem within it kind of introduces the player into the chat system and what it's all about. They will be more inclined to come back to it if they have received help from it before.
  11. You need Java. You can get it at http://java.com/. Then, after downloading and installing Java it should automatically open. If it doesn't, then go right click the OSBot client > Open With... > Java. Tell me if you come across any additional problems/errors.
  12. Welcome to OSBot Miles! I look forward to getting to know you, as we share a similar distaste in the US. :p
  13. @Zach still frequents the Forum everyday and performs client fixes. Laz is currently away, and same with Maxi. (IRL issues) @Raflesia should be able to help you with whatever you need as well as get in contact with the devs should you need anything.

I don't have any pets. If my landlord allowed them I would definitely get a border collie. Crunchy seems like a cool dog!

Love this idea and holiday! Having someone to talk to about your problems and vent to is extremely helpful (in my experience and what I have heard).
  16. More pics of this guy pls.

    Great idea! Support.
  18. Support, would be a great addition to the Market section. ^_^
  19. Welcome to OSBot Jay! I hope you enjoy your stay. I can vouch him for anything (non-market related), he has always been there to help me with any problem I have ever had in the past.

Goodbye mate. You were a really nice guy when we talked! It's sad to see you go.
  21. Any error messages? Make sure your Java (here) and OSBot (here) are up to date. If it's failing to download/inject the client, follow this: Let it sit for a few minutes. If it doesn't load after 10 minutes, either restart the client or close the current tab and open a new one. If it's just not responding to clicks, then you will need Java (above).
