The fact of the matter is, no one can stay on 24/7. Frost is a hard worker, and instead of automatically assuming that it is his fault, maybe just tell him the error. You saying what's going on without giving an error is helping no one. He is the one who made this script for you to make money. This script is worth much more than $10, yet he kept the price that low. Be grateful. Also, this isn't a place to argue. So please don't post again if you're going to do so. Oh, and quit double and triple posting.

It is not due to the script Don't be so quick to judge a script, especially one like this. This script probably took more mind power than you will ever achieve. Be grateful, be patient, you'll soon be making tons of money with this script.
