Just tested and working perfectly. Make sure you type in the names exactly how they appear in runescape. "Raw beef", "Bones", etc, etc...

Delete the mysettings file and see if that fixes it

After reviewing the evidence, he did the service over a month ago. You should have changed your password immediately after the service. There is no way to prove who stole the items off your account. It is basically your word against his. Dispute closed.
