You can't have two different version of the riddle. originally he gives a $5 discount but asks for a $2 tip making it $27. Then you say he gives it to them for $9 each. they're conflicting answers.

Which this isn't the case, all it takes is to get somebodies PPID and Address and they can get a card processed through online application.

Wrong. 2/3 of my bank accounts I've applied for online just by simply giving a passport number and an address. You can do that by using anyones information online. Lloyds TSB and Barclays both offer online application.

I agree post count doesn't show "trustfulness" but someone spamming to 250 is a lot more noticeable than 100, and would be easier to track them spamming it, but the post count doesn't mean all too much. The workload could be countered with another moderator to fill that position, or somebody dedicated to that process if viable.
