I believe the user who sold you the voucher has charged back osbot, which would negate the balance from your CP. I would look into it / dispute him(although i don't think disputes for non verified sellers of vouchers are supported anymore)

yes, the window stays there all the time as it's the login screen for osbot? It won't go away unless i close out of it but obviously I can't log in.

Okay, so this is a problem that only happened today when I reinstalled the GUI for my dedi server.
