I mean battery life isn't that big of an issue in my opinion. Power outlets are so common nowadays, you can walk into any café and charge up practically on the go, whilst you grab a bite to eat. Even in schools you can just plug in and use. But with a system as thin as any ultrabook, screen cracking is always a huge risk you take.

I Mean. as you know, i'm no good duckling and i honestly dont care if someone gets punished. but from a business point of view, being super lenient on the fact that the community can work as a collective over every scammer and go on a witch hunt wouldn't be wise in the eyes of business. But like I said, people will do what people want to do. Whether people get banned in future or not for doing things like this then that's a different case, but for a business to outright change their ToS / Rules and say "Doxing and harassing banned members" wouldn't be wise.

I've not read the ToS fully on here, but I assume the only way "Around it" would be if there was a legal department trying to get such information. But even then it would be sketchy as there are obviously minors on this forum which public information isn't legally allowed to be given out about them iirc.
