he was face palming because its common practice for the chinese websites like arcus to take orders even though they are unable to fill them sometimes you could wait half a day for them to have your gp and as i said they are chinese they don't really know how to communicate very well so you threatening them was gonna go no where you should of just been patient, yes arcus is legit, just shitty customer service.
