Well at least I know I'm not alone. The site isn't completely ass, I've sold a few accounts myself for really solid prices and not had any issues as well as gold long long ago. I guess buying accounts is just out of the question as others have said, unless its from the people who clearly mass farm them and wouldn't give two shits about recovering them. You can clearly tell he recovered as soon as the disbursement period was over, no clue why the hell their staff is so shit.

I've sold several accounts of my own on playerauctions before and never had an issue, but I recently bought an account purely for the purpose of botting. I paid $70 for the account and 10 days later it was locked, and the next day the password had been changed. (Yes, I know that a runescape is never really yours if you weren't the one who created it) and I've been around the block enough to know that this was a strong possibility. With that being said, I paid the extra $7 for the year of insurance which was supposed to help me get my money reimbursed if the account was reclaimed. It's been 18 days now and the playerauctions investigation is still "underway" while the account is being played by someone else and I'm out $70. Also the live chat seems to always be offline and when I do get ahold of someone they tell me they'll "escalate" it and to return in 24hours if I haven't heard anything. Just wondering if anyone has had similar issues and how/if they were resolved. I definitely won't be buying accounts from playerauctions again unless they are the ones that people clearly bot/mass produce so they won't be recovered.

Ye, since it isn't a large quantity of gold I'd also recommend Bogla. I sell to them at $1.10/mil pretty often. The slightly lower price is worth the guarantee and the fact that you don't have to deal with retards.

Would be interested in your PC specs, and how much ram you have. I've never encountered this issue even with 10+ scripts running.

Nice writeup. Looking forward to the progress, I've tried a few low stat methods myself recently but didn't see great results. Seems like more often then not there are a TON of methods to make dumb amounts of GP but you need a solid amount of cash upfront to get started since the amount of accounts needed is pretty damn high.

Script still at times enters Zulrah, and stands still on the entry spot until it dies, collects items, repeats. Not sure what causes this, nor do I have logs. This has been an issue for the past ~month and a half though and I'm pretty sure this is what leads to most accounts being banned if left unattended. Luckily mine was only a two day. Done using the script for now, can't risk the main getting permed.

I've seen a few people who have programs they made themselves to run farms, starting to get up there myself and opening 20+ clients, assigning the different proxies, finding each account in the bot list and starting a script so that it'll log the account in for me is pretty damn tedious. If there aren't any public solutions to this, are there private ones that people sell? Edit: Programs aside, are there any tips anyone would like to offer? Even small ones, I know recently I created a macro so that it'd spam open new clients with a press rather than doing it manually.
