so what about all the gear on the account ?

why would i pay for something i've already stated in the TOS and he's agreed to? it's like paying for something i already own and i refuse to do it.

So i bought an account with a 2 day ban off @darol for 55M and stated in skype as part of my TOS that if the account was to get banned which was most likely that he will have to recover the account using zerker's method and give it back to me. Well the account got banned so i had him recover it and now he expects me to pay for an account that is already my property.... I will not pay for something that is already mine and here is the proof of the TOS: The account had about 25M in zulrah gear + Loot and i expect to receive it all back or have Darol banned for not following the TOS and scamming my account. Also here is a thread on @decode validating my arguement.

if i've bought an account from someone and it gets banned for botting do I not have the right to ask that seller to please attempt to recover it for me for free? This person is telling me the only way he will recover it is if i pay him the full amount of the accounts worth which i think is outrageous. To be fair i did not specify these terms in our agreement when i was buying the account...I didnt think of them tbh Also if they recover my banned account down the line, wouldn't that be scamming since it's my property right now.
