    I never thought I was going to open a dispute against Sahand. It sickens me that I actually defended him last time. This dispute is probably going to be the final dispute before his ban.     IP flagging is not real. Using a proxy won't help you if you're using the same script that you get banned a lot on. You will still be banned at the same rate if you use a proxy. The only reason to ever use a proxy is to prevent chainbans.
