Whats a better chance of not getting banned and any tips?

Have done multiple password recoverys and change it to something and everything i try it will say invalid.. Would post on rs forums but all my accounts have been heavily botted on just trying to get back on the account was randomly disconnected in game and locked.. Yes im the original owner

How do u know which password recovery emails are legit and which are scams..

Been banned 3 times aswell in the last week botting under 4 hrs a day

Did this for hours on end and would save before each battle encase something messed up
