I created a thread just like this back in October about one of my accounts. I ended up botting it anyway, was undetected for over 4 months, got to 110 combat with 99 strength and then got perma banned. So I don't necessarily think they monitor your account more closely but if you do get caught again it will be a perma so don't bot it if you don't want to lose it.

Does anyone know if an account gets banned for botting on osrs, will it also get banned on rs3?
