Most of jagex reports are not directly seen by Jagex staff Report for macroing helps Jagex know major bot spots by creates a heat map of the where most reports come from Offensive language and many chat related reports go through automatic detection, if nothing is detected it's then sent to Jagex to see directly

I don't really find it necessary. You're just prone to bugs in the actual script itself. The scripter has to make sure his script works flawlessly for his desired function and not take into consideration other things such as randoms.
