Actually no, it doesnt always go like that. But you have the right idea and im not saying that most of what you said in the thread is wrong, its right. But, fact is, these maxed accounts are sold for much more than there worth, hence the really low price checks in comparison.

There is a problem with these accounts though, even if the OO is trusted, they barely have any information about the account and/or give all that information away (100% true) to the buyer, hence making it possible for the re-seller of the account to recover it.
I surf other markets just as much as i surf this one. The very bery highly trusted people sell their accounts for enormous amounts only because people who buy them pay atleast 50% extra for security.Edit: you say we dont have experience but include my name as a known account seller (probably a typo, i know, just messing around with you )
